Ball valves are compact and reliable shut-off valves widely in almost all industries. However, under extreme service conditions, conventional soft-seated designs perform not good. Challenging condition such as high-temperature or high pressure fluids, abrasive/corrosive medium, and crystallization-prone substances can rapidly destroy soft sealing surface. Metal-seated ball valves provide an effective solution.
